Meet Dr. McDonald

My name is Dr. McDonald, PT, DPT, NCS and I'm a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist with fellowship training in Vestibular Rehabilitation.

I specialize in peripheral and central vestibular dysfunction, post-concussion syndrome (PCS), Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD), and complex gait and balance disorders.

I started Vestibular PT Vault after seeing talented PTs default to guesswork on complex vestibular cases — not from lack of skill, but because no one had broken the decision-making down clearly. My goal is to build practical tools clinicians actually use during a patient encounter, not read once and forget.
